Although we only fit high-quality components, designed to give you many years of trouble-free operation, all mechanical equipment benefits from regular servicing. This is especially true of gate equipment which is often exposed to extreme weather conditions and is required to work perfectly 24/7. Our annual service contract will give your installation a thorough inspection including (where applicable) lubrication of all working parts, topping up of oil levels, inspection of wiring, connections and cables, checking and adjusting spring tensions, removal of debris from operating areas and control panels and general cleaning and finally checking the operation of the unit.n>>!!

As part of our service procedure, our engineers also provide you with a full report on its condition, identifying any items which may need attention before the next routine servive. Our service vans are fully equipped and it is often possible to complete preventative maintenance as part of the service visit, thus saving you the cost of a further call out. Where this isn't possible, non-stocked parts are generally available within 24-48 hours.

Wood Staining Service Wood is a natural poduct which can suffer the effects of weathering if not properly protected. Not only can our annual servicing look after the electrical and mechanical operation of your gates, we can also assist with maintaining its ppearance as well.

Servicing Non-TPS Equipment We can also offer annual servicing and maintenance on systems that were not originally installed by us. We will carry out an inspection of your site and produce a pre-service report, prior to service. This is normally free of charge but we do reserve the right to levy a small charge, depending upon distance.

Emergency Call-Outs Customers on our annual service contracts also benefit from priority response to emergency call outs. Our aim is to be on-site on the day the fault is reported and our average engineer response time is actually an impressive 2 hours. Our service vans are fully stocked and our engineer will often be able to repair the fault immediately.
